RETURN POLICY

We accept returns in sellable condition (100% UNUSED & UNOPENED) in all original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus all shipping costs.

All returns must be authorized first by one of our customer service representatives via this website's chat button in the bottom right corner, email (TECH@PUFFPUFFPASS.COM) or call our retail store, located in Louisville, KY @ 502-409-9208.

Custom-made and special-order items are not returnable.

Glass pipes and/or accessories are not returnable.

We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone (502-409-9208), email (TECH@PUFFPUFFPASS.COM) or send a chat here on our website within 24 hours of receipt. Remember to include photos of the item. The customer must save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.

Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel custom-made and special-order items.
